(OCTG) SALES COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of  our range  of OCTG products, including specifications, applications, and technical details.

  2. Collaborate closely with  the  sales team to  assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for OCTG products.

  3. Responsible for the registration of products with new clients based on their requirements.

  4. Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales data related to piping product orders.

  5. Generate reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.

  6. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitors within the OCTG products industry.

  7. Provide insights to the sales team based on research findings.

  8. Identify and target key markets, develop new business opportunities, and customers for business expansion of sales opportunities.

  9. Collaborate  with  internal  departments  and  suppliers  to  ensure  efficient  project  management,  timely  product delivery, and exceptional customer service.

  10. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes together with the sales team and follow up project offers.

  11. Stay  updated  on  industry  trends,  market  dynamics,  and  competitor  activities  to  capitalize  on  emerging opportunities  and  maintain  a  competitive  edge.

  12. Represent  the  company  at  trade  shows,  industry  conferences,  and  networking  events  to  promote  our  brand, generate leads, and expand market presence.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's  degree  in  business  administration,  engineering,  marketing,  or  a  related  field.  Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.

  • Proven track record of successful sales co-ordination or technical support role, preferably within the piping product sector.

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to piping systems and products.

  • Strong  business  acumen  and the  ability  to  analyze  market  trends,  customer  needs,  and competitor landscapes.

  • Excellent  communication  skills,  both  written  and  verbal,  with  the  ability  to  communicate  technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

  • Exceptional  organizational  skills,  attention  to  detail,  and  the  ability  to  manage  multiple  tasks simultaneously.

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

(OCTG) SALES ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to increase sales.

  3. Collaborate  with  internal  departments  to  ensure  efficient  project  management,  timely  product delivery, and exceptional customer service.

  4. Provide  technical  support  and  expertise  to  customer,  including  products  demonstration  and presentations.

  5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes together with the sales team and follow up project offers

  6. Stay  updated  on  industry  trends,  market  dynamics,  and  competitor  activities  to  capitalize  on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  7. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to   promote our brand, generate leads, and expand market presence. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's  degree  in  business  administration,  engineering,  marketing,  or  a  related  field.  Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.

  • Proven track  record  of  successful  sales performance  in  the  OCTG/  piping  products  industry,  with  a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales.

  • In-depth knowledge of OCTG/ steel flat products, applications, and relevant industry standards.

  • Strong  business  acumen  and the  ability  to  analyze  market  trends,  customer  needs,  and competitor landscapes to develop effective sales strategies. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.

  • Self-motivated,  result-oriented,  and  driven  to  exceed  sales  targets  while  delivering  outstanding customer experiences.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and trade shows.
