(OCTG) SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our range of OCTG products, including specifications, applications, and technical details.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for OCTG products.

Responsible for the registration of products with new clients based on their requirements.

Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales data related to piping product orders.

Generate reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitors within the OCTG products industry.

Provide insights to the sales team based on research findings.

Identify and target key markets, develop new business opportunities, and customers for business expansion of sales opportunities.

Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient project management, timely product delivery, and exceptional customer service.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes together with the sales team and follow up project offers.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote our brand, generate leads, and expand market presence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.

Proven track record of successful sales co-ordination or technical support role, preferably within the piping product sector.

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to piping systems and products.

Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscapes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and trade shows.
